A Gift For Your Valentine - Choc Fudge

For the past two weeks we were very busy preparing for the Chinese New Year. Most of our customers ordered Pineapple Tarts and Peanut Cookies for the festival. That's why we were not able to post anything in our blog at that time as the orders are alot.

Apart from the Chinese New Year, we prepared something special for Valentine's day. We just din't have the time to tell you guys about this speacial cake which we made for Valentine's day. But for those of you who called us and asked about what's in store for Valentine's Day,here it is. A heart shape resembles your love for your love ones.

Barney Cake For Luna's Aqiqah & Birthday

Luna was supposed to blow out the candles but she fell asleep. That's why her parents had to cut the cake on her behalf. Hehe

Windows 7 Chocolate Fudge

Hye readers. This week we took and order by a customer name Sheena. She ordered Chocolate Fudge Cake but with a different design. She wanted a Windows 7 theme cake. So we did the Windows 7 logo with fondant. Here it is.

Chanel Theme Cupcakes

Ordered by one of our patrons, Epen for his friend's birthday. Its quite tough making the designs. It took us hours and hours of work as this is our first time doing such designs. 4 cupcakes for the wordings, 4 designs for the Chanel logo and another 4cupcakes for Chanel accessories. Thanks Epen.

A white Christmas for love ones

It has been a hectic week for Iwan and I. I didn't have time to post the Christmas Cake which we made for this season. So, these are the cakes which we did for all you out there. A christmas theme cake - A White Christmas

Cupcakes for celebration

A friend of mine saw my sister's IPhone cupcakes and wanted to order some. So he took 7 designs from the Iphone cupcakes and add 5 more cupcakes with different designs. He added 2 cupcakes with Christmas theme, 2 cupcakes with Medical theme and One Elmo Cupcake - my favourite character from Sesame's Street. So, I told Iwan to do the task. He's the Master!!

This chocolate cupcakes have chocolate filling inside and topped with chocolate ganache and fondant deco on the top.

Apple Iphone cupcakes

My sister, Zuera ordered cupcakes for her fiance's birthday. She wanted an Iphone theme for the cupcakes and asked my friend and I to make them. She asked for chocolate flavoured cuppies.

We add chocolate filling in the cuppies topped with ganache on each cupcakes.

Making these cupcakes were easy but the difficult part was making the designs using fondant as some of the icons were hard to make. Literaly, its a challenge.

So, there you go. The finishing product.

Lychee Mousse Cake

This is another product straight from our kitchen. A homemade Lychee Mousse. Lychee is actually one of Iwan's favourite fruit. To him, it has a unique taste and a wonderful aroma. To those of you who agrees with his opinion about lychee, why don't you give it a try.

Praline Chocolate Mousse

Another product from our very own kitchen. A hommemade Praline Chocolate Mousse.

When a friend of ours who works in France taught us to make this cake, we were so happy. As this is one of our favourites and it has been a long time for us to wait for this recipe. There's a lot of process inloved in making this cake and a tiring one but all of it is worthwhile as it is really-really delicious. Trust me, you'll like it.

The chocolate sponge is sandwich with cassic insert and covered with chocolate mousse. Chocolate sauce for the topping and cornflakes with nougat cream for the base. Heaven!!! It will only cost you RM60 for 1kg. Please contact us for more details.
